Consistently being recognized for leadership roles and advancement she also recognized there were not enough women, and especially women of color, moving up with her. With a MBA in Human Resources and Organizational Development and a Doctorate degree in Ethical Leadership, Dr.Gina shares the tools and lessons she's learned along the way with women to help then 1) benefit from her experiences at fraction of the time and cost of multiple degrees, and 2) become game changers in their industries and bring other women along with them.
